Since I am a relocated city girl, most of my friends ask if I posted that flyer. I probably could have ten years ago. LOL
Yesterday ILYB star was Tabor.
Today my goddaughter's post is featured. Be sure an click on the link she provides. I'm glad I'll be watching on TV.
i don't get it.
ReplyDeletebut i do agree. with some exceptions, most city folk should stay put.
I got it....I've had some of these bad boys in my yard. Not friendly at all. Scary thing is....we get alot of transplants here who probably would think a possum was a cat.
ReplyDeleteheh-heh. I love tongue-in-cheek humor :)
ReplyDeleteLOL - This city girl gets it! :D
ReplyDeleteLove it:)
ReplyDeleteI am in the process of moving from the city to the country, well a much smaller town anyway----on the other hand I have no desire to acquire a cat, or any other pet, so it should be okay---but then what does this old dude know??(lol)
ReplyDeleteToo funny! Locals here used to tell of a city slicker who was hunting for deer and proudly emerged from the woods with a drssed out mule tied onto the hood of his car...or something like that...:0)
ReplyDeleteLOL!!!
ReplyDeletewhat a cute kitty!!
ReplyDeleteWell, I knew it wasn't a cat - we don't get those particular varmints up in our neck of the woods.
ReplyDeleteVery funny. I hope this isn't an old poster that you put up years ago!
ReplyDeleteOh man!
ReplyDeletemeow meow! he's sweet! thanks for directing folks to my blog :) i'm so cynical i'm afraid people will think i don't support our new pres. i do, i just want some proof :)
ReplyDeletexoxo
You would think that one look at the so called "cat" that they would know it is NOT a cat....lol.
ReplyDeleteThis is a college prank from some drunken college kids, right? Please tell me that Americans have a better sense of the natural world.
ReplyDeleteHa, ha!
ReplyDeleteI'm a city gal too, but I love country living.
That's so funny. My pet 'possum, Posey, gave birth recently - but I don't know exactly when. I know when she has delivered as little bodies start showing up - cat casualties. Since this marsupial can birth up to 25 babies, there will be enough survivors to continue the line. There's nothing cuter than a momma with all those babies on her back!!!
ReplyDeleteShe lives under my kitchen sink.
I love the cat found poster. I "found" my cat wandering through my back yard. Someone commented about how great it was that I adopted a feral cat. I wondered why anyone would get a cat any other way. On a related note, I'd never heard the word 'feral' until I moved in to the city - I think feral cat and farm cat are interchangable words.
ReplyDeleteI love The Wire! I watched it during election season and had to keep reminding myself that I was voting for an Indianapolis mayor, not Baltimore.
The Wire was the first series that I watched and it totally spoiled me. Since then I've tackled Six Feet Under, Sex and The City, Mad Men, Dexter, Flight of the Conchords and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. I'm now watching My So Called Life.
--yikes, no wonder I haven't been blogging!
