Good for you. I have gone back to exercise these past few weeks and am up to 20-25 minutes on the bike doing about two miles and have lost...NOT VERY MUCH!! I will keep the faith.

ReplyDeleteI hate excersizing---but I force myself to walk to the store---in that I hate excersising have learned that if I eat less, I don't have to walk to the store so often----and I'm losing weight. I'm setting my weight when I graduated from Highschool as my goal----that means I got to lose about 15 more pounds to get to 180.
