5 FIVE five CINCO cinco 5 - 1-2-3-4-5!!!!

Reporting in. I'm on my exercise bike up to 30 minutes a day now and I have lost 5 pounds.

  1. Good for you. I have gone back to exercise these past few weeks and am up to 20-25 minutes on the bike doing about two miles and have lost...NOT VERY MUCH!! I will keep the faith.

  3. I hate excersizing---but I force myself to walk to the store---in that I hate excersising have learned that if I eat less, I don't have to walk to the store so often----and I'm losing weight. I'm setting my weight when I graduated from Highschool as my goal----that means I got to lose about 15 more pounds to get to 180.

  6. Good for you! I could lose ten ugly pounds....if I cut off my head! I'm having an arteriogram of my internal carotids on Wednesday, ....think I could lose some weight just worrying about it?
