Some days I have hot oatmeal, some days it's granola (Kashi Go Lean) or sugary cereal (Frosted Flakes or Frosted Shredded Wheat) with milk. I can eat Raisin Bran with milk or right out of the box. This morning - a banana. <br /><br />I used to get nonfat vanilla flavored yogurt, but bought the plain once by accident.
